Legacy Sprinklers is hiring a Crew Lead who can take full responsibility for residential sprinkler installs and diagnostics — and help us take the load off our lead tech. We need someone who can run a clean, efficient jobsite, train others, and deliver pro-level work without constant hand-holding.

Key Skills Required:

• System Diagnostics: Able to troubleshoot and resolve low pressure, dead zones, valve issues, and wiring problems on residential systems.
• Sprinkler Installs: Confident installing all types of sprinkler heads (fixed, rotary, MP rotators), valves, manifolds, and drip systems.
• Backflow Work: Able to build, repair, and replace residential backflow preventers to code.
• Mini Excavator Operation: Skilled at trenching and grading with a mini ex.
• Leadership: Has led crews before. Knows how to delegate, pace a job, and hold others accountable.
• Drip & Specialty Zones: Experienced with garden beds, trees, low-flow systems, and emitter layout.
