RJT is looking for a full time crew foreman to assist with our growing company. We do various jobs throughout Davis and Weber counties. We offer HSA insurance after 60 days of employment with employer contributing up to $100.00 monthly. Employer pays 100% of employees premium, as well as 50% of spouses/dependents premium. After 1 year of employment, you will qualify to contribute to an IRA retirement account, with RJT matching up to 3%. You will also be eligible for five paid holidays and 40 hours paid vacation.

We are looking for a heavy equipment operator to lead a crew as a foreman. Experience in running underground utilities such as water, sewer and storm drain mains is a must, as well as able to run various pieces of excavating equipment. Foreman will be responsible in guiding a crew efficiently to complete projects. We operate in Davis and Weber counties currently, however, we will be relocating our business to Brigham City in mid-fall 2025. Valid drivers license is required. Must me able to pass a drug test.
