With a solid reputation for working with valued customers such as STADLER, SIEMENS, ASTOM, BOMBARDIER and TALGO, we are now expanding our operations to the United States with a new factory in Centerville, Utah, 20 minutes north of downtown Salt Lake City. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of this exciting venture.

As a Manual Production Worker in our newly established Centerville factory, you will play a crucial role in various manufacturing processes, including surface grinding, painting, final assembly, packaging, and other manual tasks related to the production of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) parts for the railway industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic international team, gain experience in diverse professions, and contribute to the preparation of the factory for efficient GRP production.

o Execute manual tasks involved in the production of GRP parts, including surface grinding, painting, final assembly, and packaging.

o Demonstrate good manual skills and attention to detail in all manufacturing processes.

o Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.

o Contribute to the setup and preparation of the factory for proper GRP production.

o Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

o Adapt to new challenges daily, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

o Strong manual skills and attention to detail.

o Experience in manufacturing, particularly in the production of GRP parts, is a plus but not required.

o Experience in painting is welcome.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

o Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

o Ability to contribute to the efficient setup of the factory for GRP production.
