Job Description

This position requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. You’ll need to be a team player who can handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. While experience is helpful, we are happy to train the right person!

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and directing calls
• Desking deals and submitting title/MSO paperwork to the state
• Taking payments and creating invoices
• Filing paperwork and maintaining organized records
• Assisting with data entry, inventory management, and folder creation
• Supporting the sales and finance team during slower period

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with computers, Word, Excel, and basic office software
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic
• Able to work some Saturdays (generally 2 per month, from 9am until 3pm)
