We’re looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in clean, professional work and can confidently handle both mini split and traditional installs. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady, local work without long hours or heavy oversight.

• Perform ductless mini split and traditional HVAC installs
• Lay out equipment locations and run line sets
• Lead small jobs independently or work with a helper
• Maintain a clean, professional job site
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers

• 2+ years of HVAC install experience required
• Experience with mini split systems preferred
• Ability to lead installations from start to finish
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• EPA certification is a plus but not required
• Professional, respectful attitude—we’re a tight-knit team

• Pay: $25–$29/hr depending on experience
• Schedule: Flexible (3–4 days/week or full-time)
• Weekly pay
