· Organize and structure daily / weekly plans consistent with objectives, goals and sales targets;
· Diligently master Company software applications;
· Coordinate with other Company departments, including production and shipping;
· Learn about marketplace competitors (strengths and weaknesses);
· Identify and capitalized on new products and markets;
· Promptly provide feedback to others regarding time sensitive information (such as pricing, dates, comments and credit) in person and via email, phone or text;
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities according to policy; and
· Advance sales training through industry classes and workshops.
· A bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least three years selling physical products (or equivalent sales experience);
· Professional sales training;
· A strong work ethic;
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; and
· A skillset incorporating great attention to detail and accuracy.
