We’re looking for friendly, dependable Retail Associate to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience at the counter.

Greet and assist customers with product questions and selections

Accurately weigh, wrap, and label meat and other retail products

Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of the retail space

Restock cases and coolers with fresh inventory

Process transactions using POS system with accuracy and professionalism

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures

Support the team with opening, closing, and daily operational duties

Friendly and professional customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs

Interest in high-quality meats, farm-raised food, or food service experience

Retail or butcher shop experience is a plus (but not required)

Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including Saturdays
