We are looking for a confident individual with a successful track record in leading a team of cooks to success. A candidate must display knowledgeable experience in a kitchen regarding kitchen systems, extensive cooking skills, health code standards, strong leadership abilities, and a mature approach to teaching and training. A candidate must possess the ability to own the responsibilities and expectations set forth by lead management. Professionalism is a must.
-General knowledge and strong experience in kitchen management
-Ordering and inventory management (only when required to do so alongside general management)
-Staff/Team scheduling
-Daily execution of a kitchen line, including set up, break down and kitchen cleanliness.
-Staff training
-Continuous leadership
-Excellent attitude and emotional intelligence are a must
-A drive to succeed and bring others along for personal growth
-Ability to follow spec recipes, cooking procedures and the ability to create new opportunities for growth within our in-house systems
-2-4 Years in kitchen management with a track record of success
-Strong communication skills displaying emotional and mental intelligence
-Strong culinary background is a must. Degrees are appreciated but not required.
-Strong stable work history is a must
-Desire to grow and be part of a growing restaurant through actionable dedication to our team's success
