Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Scheduling
- Create, maintain, and adjust the delivery calendar
- Coordinate delivery dates with installers, customers, and internal teams
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and up to date
Job Measurement Coordination
- Schedule and confirm site measurements for each job
- Coordinate with sales team, installers, and homeowners to ensure accurate measurement timing
- Track and organize measurement data for use in order processing
Warranty & Issue Tracking
- Maintain a log of all warranty claims and defective product reports
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve warranty issues
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the communication hub between sales, project managers, vendors, and customers
- Ensure internal teams are informed of order, delivery, and measurement statuses
- Recommend improvements to operational systems and workflows
Administrative Oversight
- Prepare simple reports or status updates for review
- Assist in documenting standard procedures
Strong organization and communication skills
Able to manage time independently in a remote work environment
Comfortable using spreadsheets, cloud-based tools, and digital calendars
Experience in the window or construction industry is a plus
This part-time position is designed with upward mobility in mind. As the company grows, this role may expand into a full-time Operations Manager or Director of Operations position for the right candidate.
