Are you looking to grow your portfolio, gain real-world experience, and get your foot in the door with a local service-based business?

We’re looking for a motivated, creative person to manage our basic website and social media presence for In House Services, a short-term rental support company operating across Salt Lake City, Cottonwood Heights, and Millcreek.

What You’ll Do:

• Social Media (3–4 posts per week)
• We’ll provide videos, photos, and caption themes—you help create clean, consistent posts across Instagram & Facebook
• Website Updates (1x/month)
• Light updates to images, text, blog posts, or property pages (We use Wix)
• Simple Graphics / Flyers
• Create occasional marketing flyers or promo graphics (we use Canva—easy to learn if you don’t already know it)
• Creative Input Welcome
• You’ll have room to bring your own style and ideas into the content plan

Who This Is Perfect For:

• A freelancer or student wanting to build their portfolio
• Someone who’s comfortable with Canva, Instagram, and light web editing tools
• You’re organized, self-directed, and want experience managing a real brand

Compensation:

• $300/month flat rate (based on approx. 5–8 hrs/week of work)
• Paid monthly
• Long-term potential if it’s a good fit
• Great for resume + reference building
