Position Overview

Are you a natural people person who thrives on building relationships and solving problems? We're seeking an energetic Sales & Client Success Liaison to join our growing team. This is a unique role that combines new business development with ongoing client success management, perfect for someone who wants to see the full customer journey from prospect to long-term partner.

You'll spend most of your time in the field throughout the Wasatch Front area, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers who need payment solutions tailored to their specific needs. This isn't just about closing deals—it's about becoming a trusted advisor who helps clients optimize their operations and grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Prospect and engage new clients throughout the Wasatch Front region
  • Conduct on-site consultations to understand unique business payment needs
  • Present customized payment solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and operational benefits
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using our CRM system

Client Success & Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and ongoing support
  • Provide comprehensive training on payment systems and software platforms
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure pricing accuracy and performance optimization
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or system enhancements
  • Maintain strong relationships that turn clients into long-term partners and referral sources

Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Utilize training platforms to stay current on payment processing trends and technology
  • Develop deep technical knowledge of our software solutions and industry best practices
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience (any industry)

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Wasatch Front area
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
