We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Support Lead to assist, lead, and train the Customer Experience team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless order processing, resolving complex customer order issues, and improving overall customer satisfaction. Please note this is an entry level job starting range $15-$17/hour

Knowledge in AR, SCT frame and Glock slide assembly and troubleshooting required for this job position.

• Support, assist and mentor Customer Experience team members on company processes and best practices.
• Lead the resolution of advanced customer order issues.
• Order substitutions and splits
• Missing and replacement orders
• Order labor issues
• Address and order validations
• Restricted state compliance issues
• Package Protection claims
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to order processing.

• Knowledge in AR 15 assembly and troubleshooting (required)
• Previous experience of Customer Service call center or counter. (required)
• Punctuality - be seated by 8:30 A.M. start time. (required)
• On site position Schedule M-F 8:30 AM to 5 P.M.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and lead the team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and improve processes.
• Computer skills proficient
