Responsibilities:

·        Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to instructions provided by supervision.

·        Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

·        Ensure finished products meet required quality standards and expectations.

·        Keep accurate records of production output and any issues encountered during operation.

·        Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and meet production goals.

·        Possess strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery.

·        Ensure equipment is in good working order by daily inspections.

Education/Experience/Skills:

·        High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

·        Customer Service oriented
