• Demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconcile accounts.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks.
• Manage time and stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Show initiative and a desire for a career in Retirement Plan Services.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a business or accounting-related field.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and pension administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
