I have lined up financing that is unsecured for our clients for loans from $5, 000 to $200,000. and they won't charge us or the client an origination fee! The things I've learned is financing is key for doing home improvement work.

One of the things I've learned the hard way is that you need to specialize in one or two trades only. we will be specializing in full roof replacements and window replacements with a great energy savings plan from Enbridge Gas.
