Melton Law, PLLC is expanding its personal injury team and looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) case manager who’s ready to be a foundational part of that growth. What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Maintain frequent, compassionate communication with clients throughout treatment
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies
• Collect medical records and organize case documentation
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with negotiation prep
• Identify and escalate issues with liability, coverage, or treatment
• Update case files and case management systems consistently
• Track progress and hit case milestones with ownership and accuracy

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years of experience managing personal injury cases
• Comfort with computers and legal case management software
• Excellent client communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional, dependable, and a team player
• Self-starter with pride in doing high-quality work
