ProSoft, a leader in transforming the way professionals in various industries utilize Autodesk software, has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative with a focus on government accounts. In this role, you will drive sales through outbound calls, lead qualification and lead generation. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling Autodesk software solutions, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Software Sales Specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk products and industry trends. Local, in office preferred but remote/hybrid will be considered.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years’ prior sales and / or account management experience identifying, selling and closing new business opportunities.
· Experience in Software Sales and Sales skills
· Knowledge of Software and Autodesk products
· Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Positive attitude and demeanor, adding to the culture of the team
· Polished oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Education, Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
· Previous experience selling technology solutions in the AEC industry. (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Professionals, Construction Management, Building Owners, Architects or Project Engineers or similar.)
· Education Level: Bachelor's Degree: 4-year College/University degree or equivalent experience preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
· Field of Study: Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Sales/Marketing, or similar·
· Formal training in consultative sales techniques Experience with a sales methodology (TAS) and CRM solution is advantageous
