We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly communicative Cleaning Manager with a strong background in residential and/or commercial cleaning. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and brings a professional presence to both client interactions and team leadership.

• Manage and supervise cleaning staff, schedules, and quality of service for both home and commercial accounts
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Train and support new hires on cleaning protocols and customer service standards
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning meets company quality standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle scheduling adjustments and resolve staffing issues as needed
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times

• Speaks english and spanish well
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has customer service/success experience
• Has a background in cleaning homes/commercial properties
