Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team at BHive Moto! We are a fast-growing motorcycle shop specializing in electric and performance bikes. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and helping riders find exactly what they need.

Current Shop Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM-7PM.

Position: 3 Days a week (6-8 hrs). Saturdays 11AM-4PM is a possibility.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Assist with product inquiries, including parts, gear, and motorcycle details
  • Process orders, exchanges, returns, and warranties
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all motorcycle models, accessories, and services offered
  • Help coordinate service appointments and provide status updates
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude
  • Collaborate with sales, mechanics, and management to ensure smooth customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or POS systems
  • Promote ongoing sales, special offers, and loyalty programs

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)
  • 1+ years of customer service or retail experience (motorcycle industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic mechanical or motorcycle knowledge a strong advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with computer systems and point-of-sale software
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Bonus Skills:

  • Motorcycle license or riding experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or other)
  • Familiarity with aftermarket parts and tuning
