Interior Door/Closet Organizer Installer

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Interior Door/Closet Organizer Installer. If you’re passionate about transforming homes and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read and follow design plans and layouts
• Familiarity with tools and techniques required of installations of doors and closets
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working both independently and alongside a team
• Strong focus on detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as part of daily tasks

Your Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school training in carpentry or related fields is a bonus
• Experience helpful but not required

Your Role Will Include:

• Installing custom-designed closet systems and doors in residential and commercial spaces
• Ensuring a polished, professional finish with every project
• Providing outstanding communication and service to clients during installations
• Always keeping a tidy and safe workspace
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Preparing, loading, and delivering products for installation
• Problem solving to create efficient and high quality solutions when needed
• Following company policies and maintaining a high standard of professionalism

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in building closets and/or installing doors is a bonus but not required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects on a regular basis
• Able to read and speak English (required)

Compensation

• Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
