Cabinet Shop Custom Parts Fabricator

AB Custom Cabinets is looking for a dependable Cabinet Shop Custom Parts Fabricator or Assitant o help bring our high-end custom cabinet projects to life. We specialize in frameless cabinets and work in some of the most beautiful homes across Northern Utah.

This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to represent our company professionally.

You will work as part of a team to create custom components such as range hoods, fillers, trim, crown molding, end panels, doors, drawers, custom boxes, corbels, and a variety of other custom parts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Reading a cabinet plan and detailed parts list
• Cutting sheet goods and hardwoods
• Creating custom parts
• Working cleanly, efficiently, and safely in a shop environment
• Communicating with a production manager, general manager, installation manager, and paint shop manager

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 1+ years of cabinet shop customs or finish carpentry experience (preferred)
• Can read basic plans and use a tape measure accurately
• Is familiar with table saws, chop saws, planers, sanders, routers
• Can problem-solve with minimal supervision
• Takes pride in clean, finished work
