Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team, supporting brand continuity and lead generation across multiple platforms. This role will collaborate closely with Rhodes Creative to align on SEO, paid social, and advertising strategies while managing day-to-day social content, website updates, and marketing materials to support our communities and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Collaboration with Rhodes Creative: Work in sync with our SEO, paid social, and advertising partners to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Social Content and Video Production (Approx. 50%): Plan, create, and post engaging content (video, posts, reels, paid ads, etc.) five times per week on each platform to drive engagement and leads.
  • Website Content & Management (Approx. 15% initially):
  • Update photography, videos, blog posts, pricing, promotions, and text.
  • Ensure the website remains current, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Marketing Materials (Approx. 15%): Manage all public-facing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional campaigns to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Platform Management (Approx. 5%): Manage listings and presence on Zillow, Homes.com, Houzz, and similar platforms.
  • Marketing Meetings & Planning (Approx. 5%): Participate in bi-weekly marketing meetings, campaign planning, and strategy discussions.
  • Community Signage (Approx. 5%): Oversee and coordinate the design, ordering, and placement of signage within communities to align with brand standards.
  • Event & Display Support (Approx. 5%): Assist with the execution of community events, Sales Office and Design Studio displays, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising strategies.
  • Experience with website management and content updates (WordPress or similar CMS preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a must.
  • Experience in photography and videography.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
