We are seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians of all levels (A, B, or C) to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced master tech or just starting your journey in the industry, we have a place for you. The right candidates will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
All Levels (General Duties):
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various makes and models.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about vehicle issues and recommended repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly.
Level A Technician (Master Tech):
• Diagnose complex engine, electrical, transmission, and drivability issues.
• Lead diagnostic efforts and mentor lower-level techs.
• Perform major repairs including engine and transmission work.
• Stay current on vehicle technologies and scan tool use.
Level B Technician (Mid-Level):
• Handle moderate repairs such as brakes, suspension, cooling systems, timing components, and drivetrain work.
• Perform diagnostics using scan tools and other equipment.
• Assist A-level techs with larger repairs and diagnoses.
Level C Technician (Entry-Level):
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid services.
• Assist senior technicians and continue learning on the job.
• Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined.
All Candidates Should Have:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Preferred (varies by level):
• ASE Certifications (especially for A/B Techs).
• Automotive trade school or equivalent experience.
• Own set of tools (C-level techs may start with basic tools).
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for extended periods.
• Operate lifts and diagnostic equipment safely.
