We are looking for an *IMMEDIATE*  reliable delivery driver and warehouse team member who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting furniture items in a safe, timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery/warehouse team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.

To succeed as a Delivery Driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.

Starting hourly wage depends on experience. Benefits available after three months of employment.

This position consists of many responsibilities and duties including:

- Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner

- Loading/Unloading Trucks of furniture from vendors in to the warehouse and customers who pick-up furniture items

- Maintenance on warehouse and vehicles inside and outside

- Warehouse misc. work including assemble of furniture, cleaning and detailing, organizing and moving product

- Shipping & Receiving

- Assisting with inventory

- Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods

- Must lift and carry AT LEAST 75 LBS!

- A valid driver's license issued by the state of Utah (CDL not required)

- Clean driving record

- Must be a reliable worker with a high work ethic, honest & a positive attitude

- Able to manage time well without supervision

- Driven with a positive attitude

- Work well with others in a team environment

- Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to read and speak English

- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws

Advantage Furniture Rentals is a family owned and operated furniture rentals and sales company in Sandy, UT. We are looking for someone to fill a full time position Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You need to be a responsible, hard working, dependable delivery driver & warehouse team member.
