Edward Griffin Carriers, LLC is seeking a CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver who is either experienced or eager to learn to join our tight-knit, growth-oriented team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations.

• Operate and drive a semi-truck with 53' open deck flatbed trailer.
• Ensure proper handling and securing of cargo. May have to tarp certain loads.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Haul freight across regional/national routes.
• Stay on the road up to 3 weeks at a time.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while considering traffic patterns and weather conditions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving regulations.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to work with tarps and handle physical tasks
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Pay & Benefits:

• Inexperienced drivers: 50-55 CPM
• Experienced drivers: 60-65 CPM
• All miles paid - including deadhead
• Extra pay for tarping loads
