Join our finishing team to apply premium-quality finishes to custom cabinetry. You’ll be responsible for spray application, stain mixing and color matching, and ensuring top quality by working closely with other production staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain spray booth systems or turbine/HVLP/airless sprayers to apply stains, toners, sealers, and topcoats on custom cabinetry
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, cleaning, and ensuring proper adhesion before spraying
• Accurately mix stains and finishes to achieve precise color matching and consistent coverage
• Perform visual inspection of all pieces before and after spraying to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and recordkeeping for spray equipment and finish booth area
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to meet production schedules and uphold our high-quality finish level

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in spray finishing, preferably in cabinetry or woodwork
• Solid understanding of different sprayer systems (turbine/HVLP/airless) and when to use each
• Strong color visualization skills and ability to mix/match stains and finishes accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and able to consistently produce high-end finishes
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks safely Built
