We’re a rapidly growing custom cabinet manufacturer known for high-quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a versatile, detail-oriented professional to manage our accounting function while also supporting HR responsibilities as part of our tight-knit team.
This dual-role position bridges finance and people management. The ideal candidate will:
Maintain general ledger and journal entries; oversee accounts payable and receivable
Process billing and track customer payments; follow-up on overdue invoices
Reconcile bank and credit card statements and other financial accounts
Assist with month-end close, financial statement preparation, and internal reporting
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings (e.g. sales tax, payroll taxes) and support audits as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field — CPA or CMA is a plus
At least 2 years of combined accounting and HR support experience in a small-business or manufacturing setting
Strong proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and MS Excel
Solid knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with payroll and labor regulations
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
