We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and client-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with collectors, assisting with exhibition hanging/sales, and ensuring an extraordinary experience for every visitor to the gallery.  

• Greet and engage with gallery visitors, offering information about artists and available works
• Generate sales through direct client outreach, follow-ups, and in-gallery consultations
• Build and maintain relationships with collectors, designers, and artists
• Assist in exhibition openings, artist talks, and special events
• Maintain accurate inventory and CRM records
• Coordinate shipping, invoicing, and post-sale follow-up as needed
• Contribute to gallery marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media
• Ensure the gallery is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times
• Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with transactions and returns
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Ability to lift upwards of 40-50 lbs.

• 1–3 years of experience in art sales or a similar client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of contemporary art and the gallery market
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Availability to work weekends, some evenings, and some holidays
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Must live within 30 miles of Park City
