Experienced Guest Service Manager needed for upscale shopping center in Farmington Utah. Manage guest service center and staff to include training, mentoring and coaching to consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Work directly with marketing department to execute projects and reports in a timely manner. Assist guests with retail shopping information, assist with community special events, website updates and posting. Strong computer skills required. Social Media Savvy a plus!

Recruit hire and manage guest services associates.

Maintain the guest services desk and surroundings

Interact daily with retail property customers, merchants and vendors

Assist marketing department with staffing and execution of special events

Assist with website updates and marketing reports

Ability to write and produce weekly performance reports
