Dynamic Balance Machine is a fast-growing, high-precision machining contract manufacturer serving industries such as aerospace, defense, and medical. We’re currently seeking a skilled and driven CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team and help support our continued growth.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Axis CNC Horizontal Mill and/or CNC Lathe Programmer/Machinist. This individual will play a key role in programming, setting up, and running jobs on horizontal milling centers and/or CNC lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

Program parts using Mastercam and/or Esprit (2–3 years of programming experience required).

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine machining process, tooling, and materials.

Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts to spec.

Optimize processes by adjusting tool paths, reprogramming, and replacing worn tools.

Maintain a strong focus on quality by following internal procedures and inspection protocols.

Occasionally run multiple machines concurrently, depending on production needs.

• Interpret drawings and job orders to determine work requirements

• Setup and Operate Mills and or CNC lathes – Experience with Okuma/OSP, Mori Seiki and Mazak machines preferred

• Candidate should be proficient in touching off tools and familiar with G codes

• Edit and prove out CNC programs - MasterCam/Solidworks (Cimco experience a plus)

• Inspect and validate that all parts are made to specification

• Follow ISO AS9100 standards and Dynamic Balance Machine procedures

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

• Applicants should possess functional and technical skills and attention to detail

CNC Horizontal mill/lathe programming/G&M-Code

Mastercam/Esprit 2-3 years expierence

Knowlegdge of GD&T

Solidworks(plus)

PCDMIS (plus)
