In house Maintenance Person / Handyman / Handyperson / HandyWoman (Salt Lake City & Davis County)

compensation: $30 to #40 per hour DOE

Great opportunity to become an important member of our team as a Long-Term, Full-Time, Handy-Person. Property Management, Apartment Owners, and Real Estate Company, looking for a Kind, personable and good with people, person with great skills.

Must-Have Reliable Transportation, Some Tools & Good Knowledge of Many Trades.

Must pass a Background Check and have a valid Driver's License.

$30 to $40. per hour, based on experience

Full-time, permanent position as an in-house handyman / handy-person with experience. Monday to Friday - rare emergency repairs on weekends or evenings, This position is mostly maintenance and upgrades to homes and apartments and some landscape.

Manage and Perform the preventative maintenance and planned upgrades to properties. You'll manage your repair requests, coordinate & report to the property manager daily and weekly, all repairs as well as communicate wth the office and tenants.

Speak with clients, communicate clear information to tenants, homeowners, and staff. Resolve issues and problems, look up and discover product use and create solutions for improving properties.

* Understand Basic Invoicing and Time Management.
