Monnit is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. You will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring all raw materials, components, and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting production needs through timely material handling..

• Receive, inspect, and document deliveries of raw materials, components, and other supplies used in manufacturing
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, noting shortages, overages, or damages
• Prepare and pack finished products for shipment, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation using ERP and shipping software
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with freight carriers and logistics providers
• Monitor inventory levels of shipping materials (boxes, labels, stretch wrap, etc.) and reorder as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions in the system
• Support periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories
• Keep the shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to resolve shipping and inventory issues

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles in a manufacturing setting
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Experience:                        1-2 years similar experience preferred but not required
