The ideal candidate will have above average communication skills; ability to convert buyer leads into appointments. Communicate with buyers over the phone, internet, etc. Additional responsibilities will include getting un-sold customers back into the dealership. By using a 90-day follow up internet process and using a detailed phone script, your responsibility will be to make appointments for interested customers allowing our experienced sales staff an easier sales process.. It’s important to know, THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER AND THERE IS NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED. HOWEVER CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS WE WORK IN A SMALL TEAM. AVERAGE OF 100 CALLS PER WORKING DAY.

Call center or phone sales experience a plus.
