We are looking for substitutes at our Montessori School in Riverton. You would fill in for full time teachers who are sick, have appointments, go on vacation, etc. You would work with students ages 6 weeks to 6 years depending what classroom you are filling in for. Schedule would vary depending on your availability and when teachers need time off (it would always be during school hours M-F 7:30-5:30). You will always have holidays and weekends off! We are a fun, upbeat school with an energetic environment! This would be a great position for anyone who loves kids and needs a flexible schedule.

-Care for students aged between 6 weeks to 6 years. Which includes but is not limited to- diaper changing, help with potty training, feeding them, wiping noses & faces, comforting them when they’re sad, cleaning up after them, etc.

-Teaching students. Which includes but is not limited to- conducting circle time, giving lessons, creating curriculum, following daily schedules, creating learning materials, etc.

-Other… help with lunch and snack times, conducting recess or gym time, interact and communicate with student’s parents, work as a team with coworkers, etc.

-Must pass a background check

-Must be eligible to work in the US with a SSN

-Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

-Must be at least 16 years old

-Experience working with children is preferred

-Must be trainable
