Job Description

We're Hiring: Warehouse Manager

Location: Santaquin, Utah

Company: Little Opee’s Produce and Sales

About Us

Hey there! We’re Little Opee’s Produce and Sales, a small, family-run produce company that’s been shipping and receiving fresh fruits and veggies from all over the world for nearly 20 years. We’re based in Santaquin, Utah, and we take pride in hard work, mutual respect, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re a tight-knit team looking for someone who’s not just ready to work—but also looking to grow personally and professionally. If you live a clean, responsible lifestyle, take care of yourself, and want to be part of something stable and meaningful, you’ll fit right in.

The Position: Warehouse Manager

This is a full-time, live-on-site position with a private one-bedroom apartment available for just $500/month—and that includes all utilities and internet. No extra bills, no commute, just a simple and affordable setup. It’s a great fit for a young couple starting out or someone ready to commit to a solid opportunity.

We do require someone who can live onsite to receive freight at varying hours, including early mornings and late nights.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Pick and prep produce shipments
  • Receive freight using a forklift (must have prior experience)
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding grounds
  • Monitor the property and maintain facility security
  • Manage delivery drivers and schedules
  • Keep everything in compliance with food safety programs

Cross-Training & Backup Driving

As part of this role, you’ll also be trained to serve as a backup delivery driver. While your main responsibilities will be in the warehouse, there will be times when you'll need to step in and cover deliveries in a non-CDL box truck. We’ll make sure you’re fully trained and comfortable with the route, process, and equipment.

You’ll Be Needed Here

This isn’t just another job—you’ll be a key part of what makes our business work every single day. We count on each other to show up, get things done, and take pride in doing it right. You won’t just be clocking in and out—you’ll be an important part of our team, and your work will truly matter. If you like being relied on and stepping into a role where you're valued, you'll thrive here.

What We're Looking For:

  • A clean-cut, self-motivated person who takes pride in their lifestyle and personal growth
  • Must live onsite (housing provided at discounted rate of $500/month with all utilities + internet included)
  • Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with computers (email, Microsoft Office, internet navigation)
  • Experience in warehouse logistics, freight receiving, and delivery operations
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck when needed
  • Spanish is a bonus, but not required

Why You'll Love Working With Us:

  • Affordable onsite living for $500/month with no extra bills
  • Private 1-bedroom apartment included (utilities & internet covered)
  • Be trained in multiple areas of the business, including delivery
  • A role where your input matters daily
  • Work with a friendly, dependable team that feels like family
  • Be part of a growing company in the fresh produce industry

Sound Like a Good Fit?

If you’re ready to take care of business and build something solid in your own life too, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and come be a part of Little Opee’s.
