MUST have AUTOMOTIVE SALES experience!!!

Looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative who loves to work with the public. Will be working directly with customers over the phone and in person for a busy automotive repair shop that does more than just repair. High paced, fast, fun environment You will be the liaison between the customer and the technician. Need to be able to work with a team of employees. Pay based on abilities, experience and work history.

Answer phones. Assist customers in person. Create bids on jobs using RO Writer software. Sell the bid to the customer. Communicate with the technician. Order parts the technician needs for the job. Collect money for job sold. Assist in keeping office area clean and orderly. Occasionally attend training to improve work skills and abilities.

Knowledge of the automotive industry. Able to work Monday thru Friday 7:30-6:00, with weekends off. Must have a valid drivers license. Customer service experience. Organizational skills helpful! Be able to work well with others and be presentable while on the job. Must be able to pass random drug screenings. Must have computer skills and the ability to multi task.
