As an Assistant Construction Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and completion of commercial and residential construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the on-site management. Work Location: In person

- Supervise and coordinate TI and ground up construction projects from start to finish

- Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

- Able to effectively communicate with clients and subcontractors

- Ability to self-perform basic construction tasks

- Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality control

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a superintendent in construction management

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and MS project

- Experience with civil and utility work

- Must have an excellent understanding of Architectural, Structural and Civil drawings.

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of workers

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug test

- Must have your own transportation and hold a valid driver’s license

- Must be physically able to do the job you are applying for
