Growing property management company looking for a Skilled, hardworking, reliable, and organized individual who wants to be part of our growing Property Management team!
This is a Full-Time position performing maintenance activities at rental properties located in the Greater Salt Lake Area.
Expected to work Monday-Friday and possible Saturdays/ Sundays depending on the emergent nature of the maintenance request.
Flexible schedule for the right applicant.
This position requires that the employee be familiar basic maintenance duties, such as painting, light electrical, light plumbing, yard maintenance, etc.
Team Member is required to use own vehicle, but will be reimbursed for its use during work activities.
This position will be primarily in the field performing maintenance inspections and tasks.
Good communication skills, organization, and customer service skills are required.
High work load is expected and reporting of time spent at a property including reporting back any other maintenance needs discovered during these visits.
Maintenance Tech - Must have a valid drivers license - General Handyman skills, troubleshooting skills, minor electrical, minor plumbing
Applicant should have some experience with management and organization. All skill levels will be considered!
Residential interior maintenance experience is required including sheetrock install and repairs, plumbing, light electrical, wood work, cement repairs, etc.
A friendly and welcoming personality is needed and someone who likes working and interacting with others, as we require communication between departments and daily with tenants.
This is a long-term position as we would like a team member who we can rely on consistently throughout the year and beyond.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Basic electrical and plumbing skills
- Two years interior and exterior maintenance experience is required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in all types of weather and perform all job functions
- Available to respond to after-hours emergencies when required
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must comply with Fair Housing requirements
