Compensation, lets get this out of the way 1st thing : if you're a well producing tech 30-40 hours per week you can expect $75,000-$100,000+ per year. We only expect a good work week - not 50+ hours like some places. We pay healthcare and offer 401k as well as paid holidays and vacation.

We work a MON-FRI schedule. We have a top notch, multi-million dollar facility. It's clean and has lots of space. We have 18 service lifts - 3 or 4 per tech. We have a break room with a full kitchen, changing room, shower, and a freezer full of great food. Tooling? Factory diagnostic tools, a fully stocked tool room with every specialty tool we have ever needed.

Your team consists of like-minded technicians who help each other - we don't do drama. The business owners are active in the business and know what's going on. Service advisors are great: they know cars and how to sell your recommendations and keep your clients happy.

We are looking for experienced technicians with the ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle systems, primarily European vehicles but not exclusively. Applicants must be motivated and have a strong work ethic. You will need to keep a CLEAN WORK SPACE and document all work performed clearly and accurately.

Shop work experience required- ASE certifications recommended but not required- Emission Certification recommended but again, not required- Valid Driver License and clean driving record- Must have necessary mechanical tools- Factory training a plus- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check. Can-Bus diagnostics are a must.
