W2 Position

Regal Hardwoods Utah is a wholesale distributor of hardwood and laminate flooring, serving retailers and installers across the region. With our corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX, we have built a strong reputation for quality and service.

We are seeking a reliable, organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our West Valley warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping of flooring products and accessories. Attention to detail, consistent execution of procedures, and a strong work ethic are key to this role.

Shipping & Order Fulfillment:

• Prepare customer orders based on sales orders and pick lists. Ensure proper documentation is completed, including obtaining customer signatures, and deliver the order to the customer’s truck using a forklift.
• Prepare LTL shipments with proper documentation and packaging for pickup.

Receiving:

• Unload containers of flooring and related products. Safely move heavy pallets (~2000lbs), label and inspect products for damage, and store them in the proper location.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for flooring and transitions. Conduct monthly inventory counts and report discrepancies. Ensure product labeling and organization are consistently accurate.

Safety & Equipment:

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, ensuring safe usage. Follow all safety protocols to create a secure working environment for staff.

Reporting & Problem-Solving:

• Spot any issues related to inventory, damaged shipments, or warehouse organization and report them. Maintain a high level of communication with staff, management and customers.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50-75lbs regularly and work in varying conditions. Warehouse is heated to ~ 65 degrees
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse management
• Proficient in basic warehouse software or inventory management systems
