Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25/hr or more, depending on experience

-Paid holiday and given paid vacation days

-Must be willing to work outside 8+ hours a day

-We are open 8am-5pm, occasionally those hours will fluctuate according to everyday service calls and emergencies. MUST BE willing to work overtime (weekends and holidays) for emergencies

Responsibilities:

-Will be working long hours as needed, overtime is normal during spring/summer

-Traveling is required for service calls, work truck will be supplied

-Being able to work occasional weekends to assist with emergencies

-Outside field work for installations of well pumps, irrigation/sprinkler pumps, solar well pumps systems, and also repairs on those well pumps and systems

-Rebuilding Pumps and Motors in the shop when not on service calls

Outside Field Work:

-Traveling is required for service calls, work truck will be supplied

-Being on your feet and knees 8+ hours a day

-Installing pumps and motors in wells, along with correlating equipment for entire well pump systems

-Filtration systems for water treatment for those wells

-Running a pump truck for pulling and installing pumps, and for their repairs

-Making repairs on electrical and plumbing for those wells

-Basic knowledge of pump and motor repairs, experience is a must

-Must be willing to work overtime (weekends and holidays) for emergencies

Preferred Skills:

-Electrical Wiring Knowledge

-Familiar with internal/external motor and pump parts

-Experience with rebuilding pumps and motors

Required Skills:

-Mechanical Repairs

-Electrical Wiring and Repairs

-Ability to lift 100lbs+

-Get along with fellow employees and is a team player

-Customer Service Experience

-Motivated and has a "Go-Getter" Attitude

Education/Training:

-High school Diploma or Equivalent

-1 to 3 years of experience in pump field work

-Forklift Operator License (Preferred)

-Electrical License/Certificate (Preferred)

-Mechanical/Electrical Repair Experience (Preferred)

-MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, NO TICKET HISTORY.
