Job Description

Drive shaft assembly and balancing – no experience necessary, we will train you!

Tom Wood's Custom Drive Shafts is a world-renowned drive shaft manufacturer with over 20 years in business. We are a stable, established, and growing local company that has never laid off employees or cut hours due to workforce reductions.

Responsibilities

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

The primary responsibility will be balancing drive shafts using a high-speed spin balancing machine. All necessary training will be provided on the job.

Qualifications

Applicants should be dependable, motivated, and have a positive attitude. Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and repeatedly lift objects weighing 20-40 pounds.

No prior experience is required—everything else can be learned on the job. Shop experience and the ability to read a measuring tape are a plus but not required.

Additional Information

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on productivity and reliability.
