Equipment Operator/Lead Man Job Description

Run a crew of 3-4 men, read plans and be able to shoot grades as well as figure percent of grade on gravity lines. The position will require someone who can drive a work truck and take care of tools as well as the truck. Must be skilled in finding utilities, reading grade stakes and operating most equipment at a high level.

Additional Information

We are looking for an experienced Operator/Lead Man who can manage crews and is able to run jobs. Including dealing with inspectors, Superintendents, etc.. Experience is required, this is a lead position which will require someone who is capable of maintaining a positive attitude, keeping a crew productive and still being able to keep up production. Competitive pay. Pay will be dependent on experience.
