Your job? Professionally clean and prepare vacant apartments and homes. We provide all tools, all chemicals, and all training. Some exterior and yard work required.

Pay starts at $17 hr. during 80 hour training and then immediately increases to $19 hr. with periodic raises and bonuses.

Applicant must have a car to travel to various job sites, and a phone with ability to take photos and send/receive texts during shift. Moving tools to and from jobs requires that applicant can lift up to 30 lbs.
