We are a small real estate team/company looking for sales & assistance. Daily activities include general assistance, sales calls, walk-through appointments, open houses, showings, etc.

Set days and hours are in office and as follows: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 2 pm. *However, we will require some flexibility on schedule/additional hours on Saturday occasionally. For things like showings, open houses, etc.

The position will provide additional opportunity in the form of fast raises in hourly income, as you learn the ropes. Quarterly bonuses and if desired, you can also work into full-time.

Sales calls - Incoming/outgoing. Sitting/attending open houses. Help convert leads to listings. Help working with buyers previewing property. General assistance with transactions. General office to-do work.

We want someone who is detail oriented and a self-starter. Organized. Goes the extra mile. Reliable. Someone who is looking to stick with the position and company for at least a couple of years. Not just a few months.
