Part Time or Full time positions available

Tues- Friday 12:00-6:00 Sat 10:00 - 4:00

- Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations.

- Guide customers through flooring options, styles, and features to help them make informed decisions.

- Generate sales by building rapport with customers and understanding their needs.

- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and ensure displays are up-to-date and priced.

- Track customer orders, process payments, and handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives.

-Assist in office tasks and updating social media and website with new pictures and promotions

-Answer phone calls

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in flooring or home improvement.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

- Interior Design skills

- Ability to work Tues -12:00 - 6:00 Saturdays 10:00 - 4:00

- Basic computer skills; experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
