Job Summary: (great fit for a couple but NOT required)

Seeking a hard working reliable couple, preferably with no children living at home to serve as live-in property caretakers. This role involves maintaining the property, mowing, edging, weed care, sprinkling systems, wheel line, caring for horses, and assisting with various household tasks. One partner will focus primarily on outdoor maintenance and horse care, while the other will handle indoor cleaning and provide support for outdoor tasks as needed. This position offers a unique opportunity to live and work on a beautiful property while contributing to its upkeep and care. Total property is 30 acres.

Responsibilities: (doen not have to be a couple)

Outdoor Maintenance and Horse Care (Primarily one partner):

- Perform general property maintenance, including yard care and sprinkler system maintenance  

- Water the hayfield and bring in two crops of hay per year  

- Care for horses, including feeding and moving them as needed  

- Keep the property clean and organized  

- Assist with home maintenance tasks, such as changing furnace and icemaker filters, spraying for insects, etc.  

- Maintain equipment and schedule regular maintenance at dealerships  

Indoor Cleaning and Support (Primarily the other partner):

- Clean the interior of the home 2 to 3 times per week  

- Assist with outdoor tasks as needed  

Both Partners:

- Collaborate on miscellaneous tasks, including caring for the owner’s dogs and performing handyman work around the property  

Qualifications:

- Couple with preferably no children living at home  

- Must speak fluent English  

- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy items such as hay bales  

- Experience in property maintenance, yard care, and horse care preferred  

- Ability to operate and maintain equipment  

- Basic handyman skills  

- Housekeeping skills  

- Ability to work independently and as a team  

- Good organizational skills
