Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detailed Retail Store Associate to join our team for part-time morning, afternoon and evening shifts. In this role, you will assist customers, manage merchandise, and maintain an organized and welcoming retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
• Escort customers to products, recommend items, and answer inquiries
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including calculating charges and processing payments
• Help package RX shipments
• Keep sales floor and workspace clean, organized and free of clutter
• Process and stock incoming shipments; prepare new products for display
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation
• Handle returns and customer complaints professionally
• Monitor and maintain inventory records
• Contribute to team efforts and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers, fax machines and telephones
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude
