We are willing to pay for top talent, this is a full time position, $52-$70 per billed hour profit share pay plan, plus parts commissions (most jobs will be diagnosed and quoted before sending you out), with a minimum pay guarantee in place year round so you can enjoy the slow season without stressing about pay. Our current technicians average $8,000/month plus for 9-10 months of the year. Schedule is flexible and after hours/weekend service is an option at a higher pay rate. Technicians are provided with company truck, cell phone, p card, basic parts inventory, and all other items needed to perform the job, including a well equipped shop. must provide own tools. Technicians must possess customer service skills as you will deal face to face with customers and complete your own invoices.
