No experience required! Hands on, paid training and instructor certification provided. Must pass a background check. Teach students Utah law and driving skills so they can pass the tests required to get a drivers license in the state of Utah (90% of students know how to drive). We have immediate openings working in the Salt Lake valley and in West Valley City. Great job for students working their way through university, as a side gig for extra income, for those who want to keep up their second language, or for retired people who want to stay active! This is an hourly position and pay is based on experience and performance.

You don't need to run door to door to deliver packages or carry heavy stuff. No age limit. If you are a retired professional that does not want to pace your garage all day long and wants to stay busy...our community needs you. We have many customers and they need you to help them get their license.

We have been in business for 25 years and our customer base is not only teens, but young adults, single parents, mature adults, international university students, tourists, military service men and women, people from every single country in the world.

Some of our instructors and testers have been returned missionaries, retired CDL drivers, or masters degree students from (law schools, medical schools, dental schools, business schools, etc) who need a part-time or a full-time job that is flexible.

Lead classroom classes in English or Spanish or both (materials and lesson plans provided)

Our classroom lessons include topics such as drugs addictions, insurance coverage, winter driving, driving records and tickets, and much more.

Give in car classes on driving skills (car with dual brake provided)

Grade quizzes and tests (receptionists to support instructors)

Basic car maintenance (check tire pressure, oil levels, cleaning, etc)

Basic customer service may be required to help students achieve their goals.

Work at multiple locations may be required.

Must be a high school graduate and minimum 21 years old

Must be able to work independently and be able to follow government rules/regulations

Background check required and two letters of recommendation will be required

To be a licensed instructor, employees must complete a certified instructor course provided by Revolution Driving. Upon completion of training the employee will get licensed by the State of Utah.

You can work part-time, full-time, or seasonal. The company will pay more and offer more benefits to those who are willing or able to work for more than 2 years.

For positions in the Salt Lake valley, bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
